Care First Group Customer Story
The Care First Group was established in 1996 with the aim to improve the quality of life through vocational training for adults 16+ with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, mental health and behaviours of concern. Today, there are three businesses that form The Care Group – Community Prospects CIC Ltd; Care First Limited; and Skills Tank.
PMR Print Solutions have been supplying the Care First Group with their embroidered Polo shirts and fleeces for a few years now. These are worn principally by their support staff, who find them practical as well as a good advertisement for the company, through the fun Skills Tank multi-coloured hands logo, which is brightly embroidered on the front of the garment. The company provides these shirts as everyday workwear garments and some of the staff have even added to their numbers by purchasing extra ones themselves.
Neil Thorogood, Finance and Business Development Director for The Care First Group commented, “Not only have we been impressed with the quality of the garments sourced, but the fact that PMR achieves this at very competitively obtained prices. Delivery turnarounds are always quick and we would have no hesitation in recommending PMR as first class suppliers of workwear.”
We have also printed the company’s main marketing brochure, that showcases all of their main services, with colourful examples of some of their students’ activities and workshops within their Skills Tank division. The brochure was updated earlier this year to reflect the increased scope of their 11 hub centres across the West Midlands, offering invaluable training support for their adult students with learning difficulties.”
Neil added, “PMR take the time to advise and consult on the company’s printed materials, especially the brochures, so as to ensure the impact is effective. PMR then deliver extremely high quality, competitively priced brochures and other marketing materials on time and with excellent customer support. Unlike most printers, they take the time to ensure they understand the business and how to maximise the impact of marketing materials.”
